Who we are

About the company

TAY EVEREST RECRUITMENT recruits for the Romanian market and brings in personnel from outside it. The recruitment itself is rarely the constraint. Getting a person legally into the country, legally onto the payroll and legally kept there is where projects lose months and budget.

So we built the company from the compliance end first: immigration procedure, labour law, employer obligations. Recruitment was added on top of that foundation, not the other way round.

Principles

How we operate

We do not place outside the law

If a route is not legal, or not realistic within the timeline you need, we say so before you commit budget. We have turned down mandates for this reason.

The employer pays, never the worker

No recruitment fee, no processing fee, no deduction from wages. This is both a legal requirement for placement agencies and a condition of working with us.

Obligations are delivered, not promised

Language courses, integration sessions and OSH training are actually run, with attendance records. An obligation on paper is a liability, not a service.

What we take on

Authorised by ANOFM as a foreign worker placement agency

OUG 32/2026 made authorisation mandatory for agencies that recruit and place workers from outside the EU. The National Employment Agency granted us authorisation no. 31 of 07.10.2026 to operate as a foreign worker placement agency, by order of the ANOFM president no. 127 of the same date, after verifying the cumulative conditions set out in art. 24 of the ordinance and the financial guarantee required by art. 25. The authorisation runs for two years, to 07.10.2028. Every number below can be checked against ANOFM and the Trade Register.
