Who we are
TAY EVEREST RECRUITMENT SRL, a company registered in Romania, tax identification number (CUI) 49567009, Trade Register number J2024002788401, registered office Str. Baltaretului 27, floor 1, Sector 5, Bucharest, Romania, email office@tayeverest.com, telephone +40 720 146 205. In these terms we are referred to as we, us or the Company.
Scope
These terms govern your use of this website and the services we offer through it. Recruitment and workforce services provided to employers are additionally governed by the individual service contract signed with each client. Where that contract and these terms differ, the signed contract prevails.
Services for employers
We provide recruitment, work authorisation, visa and immigration support, Romanian language and integration programmes, HR administration and payroll. Each engagement is scoped, quoted and contracted separately. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance or a guarantee that a specific worker, timeline or authorisation outcome will be achieved, since those outcomes depend on the competent public authorities.
Services for candidates and the no-fee rule
We do not charge candidates any fee for recruitment, selection, placement, work authorisation or visa processing. No amount is requested from a candidate and no deduction is made from wages in connection with a placement. If anyone asks you for such a payment in our name, do not pay it and contact us immediately at office@tayeverest.com.
The CV service
The CV service is a separate paid service, priced at 5 EUR including VAT where applicable, payable once. It is optional and entirely independent of recruitment. Purchasing it does not create any priority, preference or advantage in any selection process. We deliver the completed CV within two working days of receiving your completed form and payment, in PDF and in an editable format, and include one revision requested within thirty days.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract for a digital service. Because the CV service begins as soon as you submit the form, you will be asked to expressly request immediate performance and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed. If we have not yet started work, you may withdraw and receive a full refund by writing to office@tayeverest.com.
Your obligations
Information and documents you supply must be accurate, complete and lawfully yours to provide. Submitting forged, altered or misappropriated documents ends our engagement immediately and may be reported to the competent authorities. You may not use this website to submit unlawful content or to interfere with its operation.
Intellectual property
The content, design, text and marks on this website belong to the Company or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
Liability
We provide our services with professional care. We are not liable for decisions taken by immigration authorities, consulates, employment agencies or any other public body, for delays attributable to them, or for the acts of the workers or employers we introduce. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in relation to any engagement is limited to the fees paid to us under that engagement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Complaints, law and jurisdiction
Complaints should be sent to office@tayeverest.com and will be answered within thirty days. Consumers may also address the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro) or use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform. These terms are governed by Romanian law and the competent courts of Romania have jurisdiction.
