We recruit staff for employers in Romania and across the European Union, from the local market and from more than 30 countries outside the EU. We also take on the part that decides whether a hire is legal: the authorisation file, the single application, the visa, the residence permit, the bilingual contract and the obligations that follow arrival.

Yes. ANOFM granted us authorisation no. 31 of 07.10.2026 to operate as a foreign worker placement agency, by order of the ANOFM president no. 127 of the same date. It is valid until 07.10.2028 and can be checked with ANOFM. Full details are on the About page.

We work through our own offices and vetted partners in Asia, Africa, Central Asia and Eastern Europe. Principal markets include Nepal, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Turkiye, Egypt and Moldova. Other countries are possible on request.

We work on a fixed fee per placement, quoted before we start, with authorisation and visa included. The price depends on the source country, the role and the headcount, so we give it in the offer. Send us a staffing request and you will have an offer within 48 hours.

It depends on the source country, the consulate and the occupation, which is why we do not give a general figure. For every project you receive a legal timeline from the start, with a realistic date for each stage: registration, single application, visa and arrival.

No. Since 27 April 2026 the employment permit and the secondment permit have been abolished. They were replaced by the single application, filed electronically through WorkinRomania.gov.ro. More in the article What changed for employers.

If you work through an authorised placement agency such as TAY EVEREST RECRUITMENT, registering your company on the platform is enough. Hiring directly, without an agency, requires ANOFM authorisation, with conditions: no debts to the state budget, a clean tax record, at least 24 months of activity, an average of at least 50 employees in the previous year and a guarantee of 1,000 euro for each worker requested.

A company cannot employ more foreign nationals than its average headcount in the previous year. An individual employer can hire at most three. We check this cap before recruitment starts.

Permanent, seasonal and cross-border workers can only be brought in for occupations on the shortage occupation list approved by the Ministry of Labour. Highly qualified workers follow the D/AM1 visa route and are not limited by that list. Tell us the role and we will confirm whether it qualifies.

• A Romanian language and integration course, at least six months and at least six hours a week.

Fines reach 40,000 lei and can be applied separately for each worker. We can take all of this on.

Yes. We handle change of employer and the extension or change of purpose of residence. Changing employer is restricted in the first six months, so we review each case before filing.

We offer a replacement guarantee. If a placed worker leaves within the guarantee period set in the contract, we replace them at no extra cost.

Every client gets access to the client portal. There you see each worker's stage, the candidates waiting for your approval, documents and permit expiry dates.

No. TAY EVEREST RECRUITMENT never asks for money for a job, for placement, for the visa file or out of wages. Recruitment is paid for by the employer. If anyone asks you for money in our name for a job, do not pay and write to office@tayeverest.com.

We recruit against firm offers from employers, through our offices and partners in the source countries. You can send your CV free of charge to office@tayeverest.com or on WhatsApp. We keep it in our candidate pool and contact you when a suitable position opens.

It is an optional online tool on the CV Builder page that lets you make a professional PDF CV yourself. It costs 7 euro, paid once. It does not guarantee a job, it is not a condition for applying and it is not linked to the recruitment process. A CV sent free of charge, in any format, is reviewed in exactly the same way.

Usually: a valid passport, a CV, diplomas or trade certificates, a criminal record certificate and a medical certificate. The exact list depends on the country and the role, and we send it at selection. Some documents must be translated and apostilled.
